Every now and then I need to send out 2000 or so emails at one time, and I
have noticed that Outlook Express will send 512 messages with no problem,
but something breaks at 513 and my email program (Outlook Express 6) is
unable to send all the others. Upon the next send and receive it will
happily send the first 512 again, then break, and so on.
Why does it do this, and how can I cure the problem?
