[cobalt-users] Netstat Cause for Concern?

As root I run 'netstat -tupan' and receive the following in the reply....it
may have always been there, but I never noticed it before:

[root@www admin]# netstat -tupan
(Not all processes could be identified, non-owned process info
will not be shown, you would have to be root to see it all.)

What does it mean that all processes could not be identified? I am root so
why wouldn't I be able to see it all?
