Subject: [cobalt-users] [Raq4r] Emails from Austria always rejected
Hello,
I have one customer, he have many contacts in Austria, but all Email
comming from an Austria domain (.at) and austria.eu.net are always
rejected as example below:
www sendmail[30834]: g8S15GJ30834: ruleset=check_relay,
arg1=baer.netz.at, arg2=194.152.163.220, relay=baer.netz.at
[194.152.163.220], reject=550 5.0.0 Mail rejected due to possible SPAM
I checked my access file, and neither one domain from Austria is inside
nor any IP Address of this domains. The message "550 5.0.0 Mail rejected
due to possible SPAM" isn't in sendmail.cf by any rules installed. Only
in my access file are Spammer listed with REJECT 550 5.0.0 Mail rejected
due to possible SPAM. I use Bassis's Mailscanner and Spamassassin, but
they only add {SPAM} to messages, not to reject or am I wrong? Any idea
how can I resolve this problem? Which configurations files need I to
check, except sendmail.cf, /etc/mailaccess and Mailscanner/Spamassassin?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Mike
