Well, I gave it a try and it's apparently working. You can't add
From:whatever@ in the control panel, you need to do it manually to the
access file. Now I don't need lots of entries for programmers@, optin@,
opt-in@, etc. for all the various free hosting services those spammer
keep trying, as well as open proxies that show up as
From:CacheFlowServer@
For those wondering, you add them to access below:
# Put custom additions below (Do not change/remove this line).
From:CacheFlowServer@ 554 open proxy rejected
the space between @ and 554 is a tab, not a space.
Then save the file and run
[root mail]# makemap hash access.db < access
