Do you have all the latest cobalt patches?
Did you do the mod_ssl update?
Are you running a firewall?
What ports do you have open?
Have you port scanned your server?
Do you use portsentry?
Do you use logcheck?
Do you periodicaly run chkrootkit?
Are you using tripwire or fcheck?
