Anything you do that involves redirects or forwarding isn't going to be
good for search engines.
With the proper keywords and descriptions tags and content in the
noframes tags, you shouldn't have a search engine problem. Ideally, the
page that's framed has a base target set for _top so any link opens with
the proper URL. There are some CGI scripts and probably PHP as well as
www.hotscripts.com for handling redirects as well. The only problem is
many search engines don't like 301, (I think that's the error code).
