I looked over a couple of RAQ4 httpd.conf files, none
have anything included for frontpage unless subwebs
are enabled, so if you've still got them in, you
should probably take them out.

I sometimes see FP just not work properly for a site.
I find if I make sure the /web dir and all its subs is
owned by 'nobody' and chmod permissions are OK, then
uninstall the web through the GUI. Then I check
usr/local/frontpage and remove the config file if it's
still hanging about, and check all FP dirs have been
deleted from the web in question. Then you can
reinstall the extensions through the GUI and it should
start to work again, though usually the site needs a
complete republish before it will work properly. It's
a pain, but usually works for me.
