Excuse that last post, I meant to cancel, but hot ^x instead
I thought he said that he had popb4smtp off...

When you pop your email popb4smtp puts yout ip in the access database.
Which allows you to send email from the ip you used to pop it.

If you have popb4smtp turned off, the client will not be able to send
email unless he is in the access.db
