There seems to be a difference between your ISPs DNS and your actual
DNS. inbound.register-admin.com.criticalpath.net is not the IP I get for
test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Did you recently move the domain? It's
possible the DNS hasn't propagated. Either that, or the server hosting
mxmail.register.com which is the MX record for structuralchange.com is
not your Cobalt.
