[cobalt-users] Manual Backup "All server configuration" doesn't work...

Hi all,
I have a problem: the manual server backup (All server configuration and 
mail/user files) doesn't work anymore.

when I click on the "start backup" button the hourglass start to run but 
after a while it stops by itself and nothing happens.

What can I do to make a manual server backup?

And how to make scheduled backup without another server, other disk nor 
windows machine?
