Look at the file and that line in particular...
What is the "onf:"
I don't think that belongs in there...

My file says lines 302-304
302 <VirtualHost _default_:444>
303 SSLEngine off
304 </VirtualHost>

Your error being on 269, seems like it is quite different.
Is yours a RaQ4?
