When I go to Server Management on my Raq4i and
attempt to do a complete backup selecting;
"All server configuration, email and user files"
It fails to download to my desktop. Yet I can do a
more select backup of one user/site. I'm on a Mac
in NJ using IE to access my leased server in Baltimore.
All sites on server are my own, I don't rent space out.
Because I have about 12 sites, I'd like to have a complete
server backup all in one shot, should I ever need to restore.

Any ideas why only the complete backup selection fails?
It worked when I had just one site up... Ideas/Solutions
