If you have a email client that uses threads (most of us do)
The messages are displayed as a chain in the 'thread'
If you hit reply to a message, and change the subject, you are 'piggy-backing'
on the thread (you are jumping on to the thread with a different subject).
You should start new message to whatever_list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
