Not quiet correct

Its a raw socket and so therefore a IP layer port socket
i.e. a Protocol.

IP Port 1 = ICMP
IP Port 6 = TCP

I would have expected UDP also, but maybe someone saw fit to
disable UDP raw socket access, or maybe no applications
wanted raw access.
