We use the anti-spam package from www.solarspeed.net
It's integrated with the GUI and works great.
It's not free but for the amount of spam that I no longer have to deal
with, it is definitely worth it.
I also use some of their free packages like the phpmyadmin and SSL
security fix package.
P.S. I'm not affiliated with solarspeed.net in any way (besides being
a user of their packages)
