You always have access to your ISP -- you should tell the tech what you're
doing while he's logged in to make the changes. Alternately, you could buy
your own DSL router rather than using the ISPs; then you have access.
In my view you're a lot better off paying a few more dollars for a range of
IPs and putting that Qube3 on the internet with a routable IP. It's a
decent firewall if you're using adaptive firewall and have tweaked it
sufficiently.
