I looked at httpd.confand it is there 2 times uncommented

LoadModule php4_module /usr/lib/apache/libphp4.so
# Extra Modules
AddModule mod_php4.c

They both need to be there right?

Also how do I check to make sure everything is updated so I know I am not
still vulnerable?
