[cobalt-users] extracted files on server (using TAR) then: permission denied...

Hi all,
I have a local site working fine on localhost. I use Dreamweaver MX to edit 
the site.
I moved all local files to the server (cobalt RaQ3) using the TAR command.
Before moving all files, I compressed the whole site (tar -cvf) and then 
extracted (tar -xvf) all files directly on the WEB folder of the server.

The extracted files works fine, on-line.
But when I try to upload any file with dreamweaver, I get error messages 
saying 'permission denied'.
Why?

I already checked the CHMOD on all directory and files and they are ok.

Any idea?
