[cobalt-users] Cobalt Migration Tool

I have looked on all cobalt sites and looked at all FAQ's and all URLS that 
used to point to the download of any Cobalt RaQ Migrations tools are now 
gone since SUN took over. things

Anyone have a URL that works or can send me a copy of the Migrations tool kit.

I need to Migrate from RaQ2 to RaQ3/4
