All domains, served by your DNS,
has record at their registrar pointing on the NAME
of your DNS server.

So, the quick and dirty solution is to set up new DNS server
at new IP, and change YOUR record about DNS server.
Of course you should fix NS recodrs to new IP in your local
files. The smart (IMHO) solution is to use $include directive
and change IP in the only one place.

Why you need two DNS ? Because DNS propagation takes time
It is not immediate process.
