[cobalt-users] deleted user from gui but user still exists !! - but not in gui ~~~@@@help

I have deleted a user from the gui (virtual site interface ) but when I
telnet into the raq3i the user exists - excepts mail - logins etc
And if I try to recreate the user of course the user still exists

It is as though the gui interface database has lost the info !

Where is the gui database ?

Any help would be much appreciated
