[cobalt-users] Contab -E ? and Mailman?

Greetings to all

I have a mail script that can be called using cron. I managed to insert
it into cron using crontab-e It works fine.

However when I try and insert another call to the same script on a
different site ( same script different location ) The procedure I used
to insert in crontab -e fails.

This is what I did first I called crontab -e as su The vi editor shows
up then pressed the letter i for insert and placed in my string, then
pressed escape and used :wq and received new cron job received or
similar. 

When I follow this procedure again I receive vi is recording after
inserting and that's it I cant do anything else it does not freeze but
tells me it is recording instead of as I expected inserting and
accepting the new string.

On a different note how easy /hard is it to install mailman on a raq4r?


Any help would be much appreciated.
