These won't work, they restrict who can view the files, not where they can
be linked from - they don't tie an image to a specific REFERER in any way.
You would be better off with a simple anti-hotlinking rule which does what
you're after:
http://websiteowner.info/tutorials/server/bandwidththeft.asp
