Subject: [cobalt-users] changing file extension for ASP pages
this might not be quite the right forum for this but...
i'd like to change the file extension for my asp scripts for cosmetic
and security reasons. if i've got it right i just add
AddHandler chiliasp .new
to /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf for the relevant vhosts where .new is the
file extension i want chiliasp to parse as asp. and the restart apache.
do these changes get overwritten if i make modifications via the admin
GUI?
thanks
andy
Good question.
As an add on question....
Is there a file I could alter so that all virtual sites would parse the
asp or php file without having to manually alter each virtual site in
httpd.conf.
It would be nice to be able to just make the change in one place so all
new virtual sites have the correct setting!?
