[cobalt-users] Reduce server fps :-)

Hi,

On the opposite of everyone wanting to improve fps.... is there a cvar
limiting the maximum number of fps on a dedicated server that is generated
(goal: reduce cpu load).

There is a max_fps cvar, but is does not seem to have any impact.

Any suggestions welcome.
