[cobalt-users] Raq4 and ASP pages

We have a website in our system and today the client contacted me and told
me that his ASP pages had stopped responding.  I did what I normally do when
certain objects stop responding on the Raq4, I uncheck that service in his
site and hit "save" or whatever the button is.  I tried the website and that
didn't appear to work.  So I tried stopping Frontpage as well (we have alot
of trouble with Frontpage and the usual fix is it uncheck, save, then check
it and save again.  This usually works).  So I had both Frontpage and ASP
unchecked.  I checked them both again and hit saved.  Went back to the site
and they still weren't working.  Any ideas, SHORT of restarting the whole
server (WHICH AIN'T gonna happen).  Maybe restart Apache (can I use
apachectl for this?).
