I had this yesterday, and an overzealous admin here had entered a reverse lookup for two domains on the same IP address.

I suggest doing an nslookup on your IP from OFF your box - check that it's the domain you expect it to be.  If not, then you had the same problem we had yesterday, if not - check your DNS entries anyway!
