Hello,
I purchased an Equifax Secure Cert in February 2001, which was renewed last
February by the company which took over Geotrust. Although there was a
couple of 'hiccups' when first purchased and again when renewing, the
certificate has been working fine. I use it mainly for clients sites whose
Shopping Cart requires secure server for processing payments at
https://www.achieve-it.com .
However, today I received a call from a client saying that when one goes to
the secure server that they get the message, "Certicate has expired or is
not yet valid". However when one clicks details, using IE 5, 5.5 & 6, the
valid date is 21/02/2002 to 07/03/03. Using Netscape 4.6, the valid date is
stated as May 25, 1999 to Jun 10, 2002. My server is a Cobalt RaQ4.
Regards,
Declan Connolly.
