Good behavior for well configured sendmail.
Otherwise spammers will happy to find your server.
They will utilize all your bandwidth and CPU very
quick after placing your server on one of open SMTP
servers.
(Life is not so black as described above ;-) )
You have a classic example of problems with
two leading solutions:
1. Some webmail interface (like hotmail, you know)
2. POP-b4-SMTP
Look for Openwebmail package for RaQ550 on pkgmaster.com
POP before SMTP is one of thousand checkboxes in GUI.
It already installed, configured and work.
Any mail client (and Outlook especially) do retrieve messages through
POP3 before sending messages (do you remember button
Send/Receive ?)
