[cobalt-users] Apache on Raq 550 keeps stopping

Hi,

I am having trouble with Apache stopping and restarting atleast 4 or 5
times a day on my newish 550. Eventually it just stops and does not
restart.

I have a theory it might be related to TomCat, as I had this problem on
a Raq4 before, and once TomCat was removed the problem went away.

The problem is I cannot stop TomCat running, as everytime you add a new
site, the machine restarts TomCat, and you cannot # it out in httpd.conf
as the system just rewrites the relevant lines.

Please can someone tell me how to stop Tomcat so I can test this Apache
theory.
