imho he didn't use ftp to publish these pages... he did with frontpage,
that's why thy're owned by nobody.
the only only way to avoid this kind of problem is to use ftp or (read XOR)
frontpage to publish the site, never mix them up...
if you don't want to use frontpage anymore, login as root delete these files
and re-publish via ftp.
