Do you have mannheimeins.de in the email aliases under the site settings
for that virtual site?
Also, you have two MX records and the other server responds differently.
I gather it's not a RaQ.

i have mannheimeins.de in the email-server aliases, and yes we have two mx
entries. the secondary point to our providers mailserver (which is no raq).
but that is the same with all other domains we host on our raq - and in most
cases (except 2) it works. you can try wiesbadeneins.de as a working example
if you want.
