[cobalt-users] Blocking Australia & New Zealand from accessing a site (Raq4)

Hello all,

I have a new client which asked about the possibility of blocking countries
from seeing his web site.  The product he sells he cannot sell there-
non-compete.  I can add a 'COUNTRY' field in the order form, make this field
mandatory and leave the countries out of the drop-down list but he is asking
if I can block them all together.  Anyway to block them from his v-site only?
I do not want to block them for the entire server...
