You'll have to SSH (or telnet if you didn't install SSH) into the server and
then remove the stats directories manually as root.  You'll have to do this
for all the sites.
su
cd /home/sites/site23/web
rm -r stats

Check your cron.daily for a webalizer file and remove that also if it exists
cd /etc/cron.daily
rm webalizer.*

or else they will come back
