We tried the majordomo route and finally gave up. We installed mailman on a
separate server, actually pretty easy install. I think someone has a package
for the Raq's out. You may want to look into that instead. With majordomo,
seemed we had to baby-sit our changes to the conf file for each list if we
modified.

As for your issue, someone posted a way of using 2 list to accomplish that.
Search the archives for majordomo.
