The "no such user" error would have nothing to do with relaying...

More info might be needed... unless;
Could this be that you don't have 'domain.com' in the Vsite's "Email
Server Aliases" under Site Settings? Only the user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx would
be accepted if this option is left blank, and if mail sent to
user@xxxxxxxxxx (assuming MX for @ is same as host.domain.com, and
assuming a lot of other things) you could get this error.
