I've been running a RAQ 4 I for the last 2 years with no problems. A
few days ago I applied the last 6 months or so patches from the Sun
Cobalt site, including Webaliser ver 2
The day after I got this error message from the automated error
system

The filesystem [/var] is getting very full.
This is very dangerous for the server
and can cause unexpected errors to occur. You either need to move
some files to another storage device and delete them from the Sun
Cobalt server or delete them altogether. Consult the documentation
for help adding storage to your Sun Cobalt server.

Question is what is safe to delete from /var to free up some space.
Also what is the procedure to increase the /var volume ?
There are about 80 virtual sites loaded on this server.
I get the impression that one may be able to delete all files from
the /var directory - however I wouldent dare to do this without a
second opinion.
