I could almost shoot myself for writing this email, but failing miserably at
an install here, so maybe I can ease someone else's pain...

I've had quite a bit of experience with Rackshack and will say that I have a
love/hate relationship with them.  As was pointed out, the WHT forums is a
good place to review dedicated hosters, but of them all, IMHO, there's only
one other that comes close to competing with RS, except for the fact that RS
current has a promotion of a $1 setup fee.  For more info see:
