According to my RaQ550 documentation (this one that I have)
It is enough to create such user and disable it. Mail to such
users should be bounced even you have catch-all address.

Check it on your comp.

Another opportunity is creating user with mail redirected to /dev/null
I don't like this method because mail accepted instead of bounce
which make spammers more happy, and because you should manually
configure such users.
