in the cgi-mailer.pl that I use, I have had to play with those entries 
some. I can put in 211.123.123 - and it will allow any IP that starts with 
those octets. Maybe yours will allow that as well. Other than that, I have 
to put in all sites that are going to use the mailer, one at a time.
