You can also reset the password from the front panel of the Raq [Raq3]. Use
a paper clip and push it into the hole just below and to the left of the
arrow buttons on the front of the raq. The LCD will display "Resetting
admin password..." Immediately in a web browser type in the admin URL, when
prompted for a password, do not enter one, just click ok and then choose the
"Administrator" button on the left to reset it.

THANKS!! The latter is what I want to be able to help with - very few
people have real access to our RAQ box; but *in case* the admin/root
password got lost, I want to be able to logon as one of my alternate users
and reset it. With your solution, could I logon to the GUI with an
alternate logon and still do what admin could do? Like reset the admin
password back to a known name? I do realize the power of admin/super-user
privilege.
