Perhaps not a mailing list in the truest sense, but try this:

1 Go to the 'Address Book'
2 Enter a 'Name' for the list
3 For the E-Mail Addresses try this:
	name1@xxxxxxxxxx, name2@xxxxxxxxxx, name3@xxxxxxxxxx
	(Separating each email address with a comma)
4 Enter a comment in the Note field
5 Now just Add it

To my knowledge, that's about the closest there is to a mailing list with
Open WebMail. Perhaps someone else has another idea.
