I'm sure there are other providers out there who won't charge for the
second domain.  However, what this gives her is the ability to be a
reseller, so I'd think carefully before giving it to her.

On our most basic plan we only allow one domain name to be pointed to
it.

On our other plans we allow other domains to be pointed to it, but only
a full domain redirect, using the SiteAlias (which is supported in the
gui on RaQ4s and above).

Our reseller plans are hosted on Plesk, and give our resellers
significantly more functionality; they can even create their own
domains.
