This has been brought up before. This list isn't the place for these
discussions because it always leads to spam from those selling hosting
services or arguments between those happy with a host and those that
claim to have been screwed by a host. http://www.webhostingtalk.com is
the place for this discussion. They even have a Cobalt RaQ forum.
