I found this book helpful at first -
'Red Hat Linux Administrator's Handbook' by mohammed j. Kabir
Visit www.mandtbooks.com
But honestly I think you will find the archives and the man command
useful enough without the need for a book. Just type man and any command
you want to learn more about i.e. 'man top' to learn more about top.
