Make sure that your sendmail setup in the GUI is correct (accepting mail 
for domain). Look in to /etc/virtusertable if the usernames are there.
I also believe it should be /var/spool/mail where the user mailbox is. 
At normal in Linux the user inbox will be created
by receiving the first e-mail.
You did setup the main domain correct, right?
