Subject: [cobalt-users] Publishing on virtual host using ftp ?
Hello Cobalt Users,
A newbie question, I don't find the answer in the user manual.....
RaQ4. 2 hosts, with different IP adress :
Host 1 : managmt.domain.com. The "main" host (management).
Host 2 : www2.domain.com. The "public" web server.
User "siteadm" is defined on host "www2.domain.com", with "site
administrator" privileges.
When I try to publish using my virtual host (www2.domain.com), the ftp login
fails :
421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
Login failed.
When I use "managmt.domain.com", with the same user (siteadm), all is
working fine.
Do I have to always use the "main host" to publish using ftp ?
Does ProFTPD have its own log file ?
