Taken from the Cobalt RaQ4 User Manual. I assume the RaQ2 is about the same.
1. On the Server Management screen, click Control Panel on the left. The
Service Settings table appears.
2. Click Time at the top. The Time Settings table appears. See Figure 28.
3. Select the time and date from the pull-down menu.
4. Select the correct time zone by clicking the Region, Country/Locale Zone
fields.
5. As an option, you can also specify the name of a Network Time Protocol
(NTP) server with which the RaQ 4 will synchronize it's internal clock every
night. Enter the host name of the NTP server.

6. Click Save Changes
It's that simple.
