Have you verified the cert is correct using the method I mentioned in my
last post, or through some other method?
If the cert is correct, and it's in the correct place (it should be in
the /home/sites/www.charitybenefit.com/certs directory) and all the
other files in that directory are correct, then you're possibly beyond
mail-list help <frown>.
Have you contacted Thawte customer service?
