There doesn't seem to be.
Sun has supplied a .pdf file; it's at
"http://www.sun.com/hardware/serverappliances/pdfs/support/RaQ_4_SHP_UG.pdf";.
The location is documented on Sun's package site at
"http://sunsolve.sun.com/patches/cobalt/raq4.eng.html"; and I'll update
my whitepaper to list it as well.
